Who will score the Goals for Town this season?
I’ll try and do this as a Poll ....( not sure if it will work But we’ll give it a go)
QUESTION:
1) Which player will hit the back of the net THE MOST this coming season? AND Honw many goals will they score ( ie pick a goal band for your top scorer).
2) In this THREAD TEXT (not in the poll) rate the other players by indicating which goal band you think they will achieve .
So:
In THE POLL
Pick your TOP player
then
The number of goals you think he’ll score.
** These are your 2 options available in the poll ( one player, one goals band)
Then in THE THREAD :
Rate the OTHERS players ( listed below dotted line) into the different goal scored bands you think they’ll achieve .
Example:
Judge (C : 11-15 goals)
Norwood (B : 16-20 goals)
Sears (A : 20+ goals)
Nolan, Chambers (E: 1-5 goals)
Edwards (D: 6-10 goals)
Scuse (F: no goals)
..............................,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Norwood
Sears
Jackson
Roberts
Lankester
Judge
Edwards
Huws
Bishop
Dozzell

If Skuse is the leading goal scorer then the club is Truly doomed.

Re: Who will score the Goals for Town this season?
Seems a bit muddled. Maybe there's too much information. Kept it simple and picked a player who believe would register more strikes than his counterparts, and with it, a rational range tally.
One or two players from the available list have yet to feature for the club (league season) therefore we haven't been given an indication of what to reasonably expect. Bottom line there's ample attacking options at our disposal but just how much are people expecting to profit from these collective units. If more than one player alone establishes double figures (over the course of season) it'll be a surprise to many.

Too many F’s and not enough B’s & C’s.
We need another B or C striker. Or midfielders to contribute more. I can’t see our defence good enough to see us win 1-0 too often.

We will be lucky to have 1 B in the group , and I am assuming it will be Norwood. Last year the highest we had was D? And we have only added Norwood. Whats suddenly changing?tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Jul 10, 2019 2:09 pmToo many F’s and not enough B’s & C’s.

I suppose the fact we’re going down a level and playing poorer sides. But we can’t rely on that and expecting just Norwood to score 15-20. If Norwood gets 15 he would have had good season.nicscreamer wrote: ↑Wed Jul 10, 2019 2:19 pmWe will be lucky to have 1 B in the group , and I am assuming it will be Norwood. Well Sears wont be back till November, so I cant see him scoring more than a handful unless he comes back flying! We really will be relying on Norwood to do something spectacular plus have a hatful of goals from our perpetually underscoring midfield players...… I hope , but don't expect, the goals come thick and fast...

Re: Who will score the Goals for Town this season?
Will there be any F 'n' C's at the club next season?!
Was being thick when first viewed this last night, but thanks to Dubai for having a go and so, explaining it. Nice thread, Hallam.
Hopefully Sears can find his early season form from last season, (some very nice finishes from outside the box) and also Norwood continuing his Tranmere form. No idea about anyone else really.
Edit: Just read Nics post......., Sears out until November? Oh well, he's back when the wet and slippy pitches are starting so he'll be injured again within a few minutes. Book it. Negative bstd.
