Re: Peterborough United vs Ipswich Town Preview & Matchday Thread
Looking forward to my first away game for many years and a first for my lad. Really hope we can get a result and get the three points. But my head tells me a draw 1-1 or 2-2.

Aiming to park up at mid day and its 5 mins away. Gonna grab some food with a drink so if you fancy it weโll grab a slightly bigger table (if possible ).

I so hope our strikers can find the target a few times today. Would be a huge confidence boost if we can get 7 points from 3 very tricky games and then have a few very winnable ones coming up.

Was going to submit the starting squad but appears it's already been done. Seems a capable unit on paper, sure you got new additions that will take time to adapt to a new scene along with remaining players but there's the capabilities there to take a result from today.
Losing points could prove essential in the months ahead so let's not f*ck around and go out to win.
Lo and behold there's a goal - Norwood on four minutes, just the start required let's not be complacent about this and build on this lead.

Feels weird to be winning games, especially winning games without just waiting to see when the opposition equalise!!!

If anyone was to blame it was Donacien. He was marking the scorer and he lost his man when the free-kick came in.
Anyoneโs game ... both teams going for it.

You just get the feeling that after last season we need to 'learn' how to score goals again!!

Derrick, over to you.... Chambers will get the blame for this one. Got a bit of sympathy for him as he was stretching and his touch teed it up. Too much space behind our midfield to let the ball get into the box in the first place.

Norwood took Penalty very poor. No power behind it.

I'm not shocked. Norwood missing a penalty is just as bad. When will PL learn.tangfastic wrote: โSat Aug 17, 2019 4:22 pmDerrick, over to you.... Chambers will get the blame for this one.
