It says something when Lambert prefers El Mizouni over Dozzell to try and get us back into the match against Posh. Obviously the lad has been improving to the point where he could well have nudged himself in front of Dozzell. I hope that gives Dozzell a kick up the arse, to see younger lads come through ahead of him. I wouldn’t be surprised to see El Mizouni start also.

Re: Ipswich Town vs AFC Wimbledon Preview & Matchday Thread
Wonder if tonight’s the night PL changes formation? It’s no coincidence that Judge has not performed well in a 4 4 2. Now with we have a dynamic fullback we can play 4 2 3 1. Skuse and Downs are similar and we lose a bit going forward with them both in a 4 4 2.
Also with no third striker options are limited if both Jackson and Norwood start and you need to chase the game. I think that was evident Saturday.

I think they are both playing really well, our 2 stand out players so far. But both seem afraid to step into the opponents' penalty area.Ando wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 5:21 pmWonder if tonight’s the night PL changes formation? I expect us to win this but will not lose faith if we don't. It's been an odd start to the season but, since we have stopped the losing habit from last season, I'm happy enough.
Before the season started I expected us to finish in and around the playoffs. Nothing I have seen to date changes that expectation.

Given we have started all our previous games like an express train, perhaps we can hope for a bit of positive action later in this game as currently we seem to be stuck in the station.

Wow, we up the tempo, have a few efforts on goal and a bit of pressure and crash bang Wimbledon score.

Bad half time boos there... I hope we get the two goals, if only for the sake of the moderators for the rest of the week!

Not happy with 1 up front. Chambers was never going to play after 3 in a week.TODD66 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 7:33 pmDerick - you will be a happy mantangfastic wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 6:57 pmChambers on the bench
