Was total domination, to be fair they made 10 changes too and our B team was a level above theirs. Emyr Huws was head and shoulders above anything out there, Dobra is gonna be some player, very impressive, would like to see him get some first team action, also great to see Toto back in the shirt, El Mizouni too had a decent game but the opposition was weak, can only beat what's in front of you. Qualified for the knockout stages with a game to go.

Lol thankfully not needed Shed. As Mike says, we totally dominated it tonight and marko , yes it is a great time to be a Town fan... hurry up down to PR so I can buy you that beerShed on tour wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 2:18 pmIf it does then perhaps we can bring Jackson on and let him take all 5 so he can practice hitting the target!hallamblue wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 12:11 pmNot that I want this to happen , but wouldn’t surprise me if it went to penalties .

Enjoyed the game, played some nice football at times and both Huws and Keane showed what they can bring to the first team if they can keep fit. Shame Roberts went off injured as I thought him and Keane were linking up well at times. As Mike said, even though the opposition was weak you can only beat what is put in front of you. Keeps the momentum going and the winning attitude around the club, which can only be a plus.
Off to the airport in a few hours for the England game on Friday and hopefully the p*ss taking I have had to put up with from some of my fellow England fans in recent times might be a bit less on this occasion.
Where are you Yarmouth Yellows? Lets Be havin You!!!!

TBH - this was a handy game to get game time for players. Quite enjoyed the game.
Dobra looks lively and El Mizouni has some great touches. Have to say Dobra seems to breeze past players when he shouldn’t be able to.
Have to say - I can’t see a future here for Donacien. He’s got nothing going forward. Also, I can’t see Roberts breaking into the Matchday 18 unless we get injuries. Just wonder if come January they’ll become available for transfer. Wouldn’t mind to see Dobra and El Mizouni go out on loan in January if they can’t break into the team.

That's a result you wasn't expecting. Victory by all means but a score that comprehensive ? Guess congratulations are in order and while the five thousand crowd seems disappointing you got to keep in mind the nature of game and opposition with it. All ties together with the fine start and momentum going. Looks like the group stages are over and the team enters now into elimination phase. Who is next I don't know right now but as before it's always one game at a time.

Tang I agree with your assessment ref Donancian. Sadly just isn’t up to it is he. I said to Mike at half time I could see him being offloaded in January. I wonder if we loan out the likes of Dobra, El Miz to bring them on a bit?tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2019 9:23 amTBH - this was a handy game to get game time for players. Quite enjoyed the game.

It’s a different feel to the Club and PR these days, and it’s great going to matches now. A far cry from just 12months ago isn’t it

Saint the 5k+ crowd is in fact waaaay above other clubs attendees for this competition. But despite this level of fans in the ground, the atmosphere was actually amazing ! It’s quality not quantity

It has since transpired that Donacien was unwell.tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2019 9:23 amTBH - this was a handy game to get game time for players. Quite enjoyed the game.

Even if he was unwell, I don’t think he’s good enough. He’s bloody unlucky that we signed KVY as it’s night and day between those two - KVY offers so much more. I don’t think Lambert has ever rated Donacien. He was very quick last season to say he’s not a full- back and then get him away on a loan. I do think the RB / RWB position needs more backup just in case we lose KVY and don’t think Donaciens the answer.derick_ipsw wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2019 10:12 amIt has since transpired that Donacien was unwell.tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2019 9:23 amTBH - this was a handy game to get game time for players.
