Re: Away Kit
I think it is hideous It looks like something that should be darker but is washed out.

Re: Away Kit
To me the worst aspect is that it's vaguely bluish. Surely if you need to change kit because the opposition plays in blue, you want a colour that contrasts with it|? I remember a few seasons back when we suddenly had to create a third black kit for similar reasons.

Re: Away Kit
It’ll no doubt be some people’s cup of tea. Absolutely shocking though. And don’t spill tea on it.
Or maybe spill some tea on it. See what happens.

Re: Away Kit
I am SO disappointed with it tbh. It looks like yer mum has put your nice new white Town shirt in the wash with your jeans , and the colour has run......or you’ve had the shirt for years and it’s just gone a dirty white colour.
...as for the “ sustainable” tag, well don’t make me laugh, Clubs change their team shirts every blooming year!!
Over all, I’m Underwhelmed

Re: Away Kit
Well you can get it a Lot cheaper here than the £49 Town price tag. Horrible shirt , sorry.

Re: Away Kit
I think that hits home. There’s me thinking that people from the club and Adidas are sitting down and creatively thinking about a great unique shirt for the club. And there’s a press release..... and it’s even sustainable!!? Wow. But they’ve just picked a design from their existing samples and just put a Town badge on it. It’s the same as the ‘Barcelona-style” second strip from last year. Soon as they released that... there’s a link to the Adidas store... same design...half the price or. more... just missing the badge.hallamblue wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 5:32 pmWell you can get it a Lot cheaper here than the £49 Town price tag. Re: Away Kit
Was getting worried. Only just had time to read TWTD fan comments and most are loving it. But then read some haters reviews. Phew, not alone.
On second glance tonight........, fkn horrific.
Echo Northants Tractor Boy......., worst kit in 40 years.

Re: Away Kit
Team has featured in similar color before regards away trips however concur that it's not the best of designs. Made from "recycled plastic intercepted from beaches before it enters oceans" were one write up on it. One club official elaborated on it : " “With our fine county of Suffolk having such an expansive coastline, it’s key that we look to endorse and support the outstanding work which adidas and Parley For The Oceans are carrying out"
An Eco Friendly option but in truth can see why some haven't taken to it. the E-on sponsor and Greene King of this century featured white but at least they were distinctive and wearable for the right reasons. Can't see the new edition being purchased to any great extent particularly if it retails at the £ 50 as believe mentioned.

Re: Away Kit
Liz, I think that link is slightly wrong, I think they are child sizes. It's £32.21 for adult with an addition cost of £2.50 for delivery......
And if you get it from Adidas direct it's £42.50

Kitlocker is a discount store that does stuff very cheap and has small profit Margin.

Lol, I don’t think I’ll be buying it ( from photos I’ve seen anyway). Might be different in “ the flesh”.

I didn't say i would buy one Mike - but if the forum attendees want to chip in for one, I will happily do a photo shoot - lets call it 'crowd funding'?

Re: Away Kit
We could get one with Tractor Boys Forum on the back and whoever comes last in the prediction league has to wear it and get a picture outside the ground of our choice
