Re: NFL Time!!!
NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
—————-
Bluemikes PACKERS
VS
The Dons 49ers
AFC CHAMPIONSHIP
———————
KC CHIEFS
V
Tenn TITANS
Anyone watch Chiefs v Texans? What a game. And the Chiefs were DOWN 21-0 at the end of 1st Q.
Then a switch was flicked and it was just KC on an annihilation job. Was great.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Couldn't believe the decision of not going for the first down when the Titans were 21-0 up and down near the Chiefs 15 yard line but then faking a punt and going for the 1st down when they had poor field position.marko69 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 7:21 amNFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.

What a great win for the Titans! The other winners were expected for me. And...those bloody Packers could very well end up in the SB again!

Not so sure, we have a tough tough game next week against the 49ers and they killed us in the regular season. Should be a classic

Re: NFL Time!!!
Let’s hear some predicted Conference Championship scores for tomorrow, guys. Mike, those feckin “refs on the payroll” Packers?!
Sorry, just read that on an NFL site.
My overall pick is the KC Chiefs.
—————
49ers 21 Packers 31
Chiefs 27 Titans 23
..............
Chiefs win SB over GB Packers.
Looking forward to these games..... always take the Monday off as I like to stay up and watch these all night long.
But for the first time in maybe 7 years, going to Tannadice tomorrow for Scottish Cup game v Dundee United.
Conversation:
Son Scott: Managed to get two tickets from my mate Daz for tomorrow. I’ll pick you up.
Me: But.......... it’s on BBC1?
Son Scott: That’s great. I’ll pick you up around half 12 ya lazy b*stard!”

Re: NFL Time!!!
Hey Marko!
Since last summer, I have been working about 60 hour weeks Also, my oldest has been applying to colleges which over here entails filling out an online application, which she sent to six colleges, then doing the individual apps for each of those, doing college visits, filling out financial forms and looking for financial aid. We finally have the college selected, and have one more visit up there.
Town dropping to League 1 has moved them to the back of the sports world over here, and I have been periodically checking in. Happy to see them in first, and hoping they start a march to the premier league. Since the college stuff is nearing an end, I can focus more on it

Re: NFL Time!!!
Two games, two losses......., Mikes packers dishing out a humiliation......., ITS OVER, again. Before its even started.
Packers 2 and zero and they looked decent on the highlights......., but the Loser Lions maybe are not the best to judge by.
Those last two quarters from the Cowboys? Didn't see highlights but that is quality stuff.

Re: NFL Time!!!
I'd have to root (again) for Minnesota. It's the home state although we haven't been up to much in recent years. Beaten by eventual finalists the 49'ers last time out if correct but we simply don't possess the caliber of other teams within our division or indeed tournament.
Last watched a Super Bowl when Baltimore won a few years back. Kind of lost interest there on but do keep an open eye on proceedings at present time. Not just the same enthusiasm as before. Team to win ? Maybe Green Bay or Pittsburgh. Say again focus isn't what it used to be.

Re: NFL Time!!!
That will have been the rarest weekend in NFL history for the Tractor Boys forum.
Ohio's Browns humped
9's Cowboys humped
Mikes Packers humped and properly humbled by the great Tom Brady
Saints Vikings gubbed.....
But the Loser LIONS win??
Fkn hell, I need a sit doon!
Shout out to Don's 49'ers......, good win as well.

Re: NFL Time!!!
What a disastrous season Cowboys are having! In addition to Dak's ankle fraction, I think about 8 starters are injured. Also, the "90 Million Dollar Man" Zeke Elliott keeps fumbling ffs! Add to that, one of the...the worst defenses in the league. I turned it off yesterday after the 3rd turnover. Funny thing is, Cowboys may still win their division and make the play offs!
