Cos it makes the possession stats look good. Who needs to win the points if you can win the possession stats...

Bennett’s looking sharp, suicide for the equaliser chambers went for the diagonal didn’t win it they countered in behind. Should have left it for Jackson.

At this stage, just do it more simple. Too many cross-field balls when you can can go more direct centrally for Hawkins. Not pretty, but if you can pick up second phase ball in their third you can do damage. We got the lead ... and then went back to thinking we’re such a great passing side.

Still only one up front .. jeeeeze I can’t stand Lambert now. Clueless tool.
Can we make any harder work of this if we tried . I can’t honestly see who is going to score for us. It’s SO frustrating.
We actually kill our own momentum coz we keep passing it back to the CB’s.
Huws legs look to have gone to me . I’d say Chambers is a quicker than him now lol !!

Its just depressingly, awfully familiar - no cutting edge or urgency whatsoever...

After a much improved start to game its been business as usual since 15 minutes. Very poor against bottom of the league.

Looks like nobody in top 6 really wants it. Only Us and Donny picking up a win tonight. Just wondering if Accrington are this seasons Wycombe? Win their games in hand and they're top!

Well done ITFC. 3pts @ PR is always a must.
May not have been nice on the eye, but thank the sweet mother of Jaysus it wasn’t a “Wigan”.

Very poor but it's a win and if we can hang around the top six until our better injured players are back we have a chance.

Re: Ipswich Town vs Burton Albion Preview & Matchday Thread
Chose not to watch the game tonight, judging by comments made, maybe was a correct decision.
Mind you, looking at the BBC stats of 16 shots with 8 on target, coupled with the much maligned Alan Judge (and Huws) being heavily involved with those shots, perhaps the neutral observer could be forgiven for thinking this was a better performance?
