2021 Flat Racing Competition.

A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

My view is that it would give everyone a better chance if we could only place the same stake each week that would find the best tipster, I only won because I could put what amount I wanted after winning £100 on the first bet when someone who lost in the first race could only put £10 on.
Also today I could have waited until Tang had his bet then do the same horses and he wouldn't be able to beat me, IMO Tang was the best tipster he found more winners than me but I put the correct amount on to win the most money so just lucky.

Hope this makes sense I'm in next year all being well but I wouldn't make it to complicated as not everyone understands betting I think more will take part if it's simple.

Thanks Kerry.
1,Yes I agree with both suggestion's " if we could only place the same stake each week" it would be a more open all through competition, think we will go for that one.

also your right with " I wouldn't make it to complicated as not everyone understands betting I think more will take part if it's simple." this one we will see what the others think, but as you say some don't have the time or knowledge so best to make it easy and just a bit of fun/ perhaps adding just a choice of doing a DOUBLE BET

Well Lucy me and the wife have had it done, all my in-laws and out-laws have now had 1 jab.
none of the family had any side effects at all. didn't feel the needle and was only in there 10 mins at the most.
Although I think Blue Mike is the person to take notice of as he is in the know,
Also once you've had the jab it seems a like a big relief.
Chin up Lucy.

PS, My 5g network hasn't worked since :) and the wifi stoped between 6pm to 9pm.

It should be better this year a better chance for everyone with the same amount of money to invest and hopefully the best man/woman will win, not like last year when some idiot got lucky Oh 😱😁😁.

yeah it should make it more even for longer, plus will show that not many punters actually make money on real betting, and no you did brilliant last time although that first big win early of yours helped, a true champ.

The Injured Jockeys Fund (IJF) was founded in 1964 following the devastating accidents to Tim Brookshaw, and then Paddy Farrell in the 1964 Grand National. Both falls resulted in severe paralysis which immediately ended both their careers. Since then the Fund has helped over 1000 jockeys and their families and has paid out
more than £18m in charitable assistance.
