Fleetwood (yes...Fleetwood...) are outdoing us for flair, pace, style, ambition and goals! I happened to say 3 shotsnon target and now feel totally embarrassed at my careless optimism. To think we were talking about play offs and some even venturing to think we may have a chance of automatic!!!! 😱
Can you imagine this team playing in a playoff...even if we made it!

No - I can't imagine us playing in a play off. We couldn't play in a sand pit!

It says it all when there isn't a single player in the entire squad that I would be upset to see leave

Totally agree Mike. I look at some of the pace and flair of the Fleetwood midfield and strikers with envy! They are not just beating us, they are making us look second best in every department and have done all night long. So depressing.

well as Liz said earlier, PC can only play the hand he's dealt.

That's true, and in truth he has been dealt a shower of sh*te.

But it's how you play that hand that counts - that's what sorts the men from the boys.

And to my mind, PC has cocked up royally tonight.

He's played the wrong personnel in the wrong formation, and the worst of it is that he lacks the flexibility to change a system during the game when it so obviously is not working.

Actually, it's just like having a slap-headed PL

Watching this it wouldn't bother me if we could never attend games again, seriously. Normally I would be looking at a six hour journey home after this fuckfest.

Fleetwood 15 shots ( 7 on target)
Town 4 shots ( 1 on target )

There’s your problem !

  WOW.

Well they say every negative has the positive. That is one helluva positive.

That'd be a TERRIBLE journey home and a waste of life itself.

I thought this would be the first game where we'd see the impact of Cook's managerial input. If this was an example of it, we're in trouble.

However poor the squad may be, and in this division it should be good enough, there is no excuse for setting the team up with square pegs in round holes and not having a plan B.

I've gone from being very hopeful to being very concerned.

If only we could sack players as easily as managers in the football world. Maybe thus lot might fuckin buck their ideas up. Utter dross, they should be embarrassed. Cant string more than 3 passes together, no sense of what each other are doing. Shambles.

This’ll happen a lot when doors are open. And it’ll happen possibly around the 55th minute. Probably being generous though.
