A very open-looking Grade 1 by this week's standards. ALLAHO responded really well to forcing tactics back over this trip when a dominant winner of a Grade 2 at Thurles and is just about the pick. Fellow second-season chasers Imperial Aura and Mister Fisher warrant consideration, but last year's winner Min is the obvious danger if back on song.

Race Comments,
[b]Tangfastic took a big leap towards the top,
The Wolf's should keep to eating horses and not backing them.
Mr Fisher didn't stay on the hook for long and was a let down for most.
But the good news is, there's always tomorrow. and at least our football teams are more successful.

History repeating itself here. You had said people win big going by names only. When I ventured out into self employment way back early 90s, was a partnership with Mr Fisher! And your words above definitely describe the heating engineer version of Mr Fisher. Really thought the horse would've stepped up.goldandblack wrote: ↑Thu Mar 18, 2021 4:36 pmMr Fisher didn't stay on the hook for long and was a let down for most.

Re: THURSDAY BET Cheltenham.
Sorry forgot again!!! Found this race really hard to pick, I thought it was just a case of which horse was going to show up on the day, lots of inconstant but talented horses, yet Allaho blew them away.
Doesn't really matter that I missed it, I would've only made a couple quid on Fakir D'Oudairies EW. Glad it wasn't the stayers that I missed as I picked the favourite there. Will need to find a long odds outsider to win tomorrow!!

I’ll have you know I only deal in top-end crisps and I’m struggling to buy one decent bag of crisps for that. Should have run the numbers for that EW bet. Definitely going for a 10 quid bet tomorrow on some outsider. Frosty’s to lose if he’s too cautious.goldandblack wrote: ↑Thu Mar 18, 2021 4:50 pmyou never know, that's 3 packets of crisps, plus you won todays betting, well done

Re: THURSDAY BET Cheltenham.
true story this, this horse was in the parade ring with the owner talking to the trainer, the owner said " if it doesn't win today its pulling the milk kart in the morning, this horse rears up and, loses the stable lad and legs it back to the stables, anyway apparently this other horse said to it " your back early" the horse said, " sod this I've gotta be up at 4am.marko69 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 18, 2021 5:42 pmHistory repeating itself here.
