A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

Ok let me add another rule. A player can’t use a word that’s already been used unless it’s the original word for the winning response.
who would do such a thing Mr 9.

Before going on......., and I know you've added a shedload of rules already......, but, ....., do the words need to have a direct relation? A loose relation? Banana and Britannia is confusing me.
Edit: Just googled. Ok, must be a US biscuit Co? Yes?

Check rule #3. Yes I apologize for all the rules, it’s Wolfie’s fault…cheating bugger!

Yes, rule 3......,
3. Words may be associated by meaning, spelling, syllables, vowels etc.
I get the "meaning" part. But spelling, syllables & vowels? What would be an example here?
You write Britannia........, I write Britannia, I win
Explain to the thick Scottish git please.

New Rules:
1. A round begins when the original word is posted.
2. Players must respond to the original word with an associated word that begins with the SAME letter (eg. Bread/Butter or Fantastic/Fanatic).
3. Words may be associated by meaning, spelling, syllables, vowels etc.
4. A player's first response can not be the original word, and a word can not be used again unless it’s the winning original word response.
5. A round ends when the original word is once again posted as a response. The player or team wins the round and chooses the next word.
These are the latest rules for the Word Game. Do the rules make sense? I'd appreciate everyone's feedback except for Wolfie.
Btw, I really like the Team concept. It would be great if we could get the two kiwis (Frosty and Wellywood) involved?
Everyone's welcome! It's been a good laugh so far.
Britannia/Broker…I think

Pontoon is a card game, the objective is to collect cards to the value of 21 with two cards, Ace +KQJ is called “Pontoon” and . The banker Pays Out when this is achieved.
“Banker pays out on Pontoon, 21 and 5 card tricks”. a term regularly heard in any Casino or card playing household.

Papal Pension is quite simply The Popes Pension, not sure why it needs explaining. I assumed you set it up hoping one of our team saw it first.
