A Plus Tard ...Classy form at shorter but showed staying depths when snatching late 3m win in December
Al Boum Photo ...Won this for the last two years and this is a perfect test for him; very reliable option
Aso ...A fine 2nd in the 2m4f Ryanair here in 2019; major stamina issues over 3m2f
Black Op ...Has fallen short a few times in strong races at 2m4f-3m2f since winning beginners' chase
Champ ...Stout stayer surely, who won the RSA over 3m last March; jumping can be the weak link
Frodon ...Excellent course form; fine King George win on Boxing Day; easy lead unlikely
Kemboy ...Jumped sketchily in this race last year when a well-held seventh; question mark back here
Lostintranslation .Huge effort when close 3rd in this race last year but has had worrying defeats this winter
Minella Indo... Two storming runs at the last two Festivals, including a 2nd in the RSA; ran flat latest
Native River.. Won this in 2018; up and down since but still has a big heart; drying ground not ideal
Royale Pagaille ..Improvement off the scale at 2m5f-3m1f on heavy/soft; big query about drying ground

He’d have to owe someone else a packet of crisps. Doesn’t make sense to me.

Hi Tang, if you have £5 each way on let's say a horse that is 5/1, so your stake is £10 if the horse is placed it's at 1/4 odds it's 5/4 so your return is £6-25 so you lose £3-75 on your bet. Hope that makes sense.

I think on the packet of crisps bet the price of the horse meant that he got more than his total stake so he made a small profit of something like £1-88, confused I think I am

Sorry I looked at the return from the day before yet another senior moment I'm getting worried.

Yes Kerry was spot on, a 5.00 ew bet on a 10/3, you would have lost half because it didn't win,
your 5.00 EW bit with your stake returned would be, 9.17, so the loss was -0.83.
