As far as I’m concerned Blue Wilf, you’re entitled to your opinion. This is a forum and sometimes we agree and sometimes we don’t. I certainly won’t claim you exude moral ineptitude because you have a different opinion…unlike some other forum members.
Just wanted to add, I think it’s easier to identify the negatives in life rather than searching for the positives. Like everyone, I’ve been through a lot. I don’t need dictators telling me how I should think and feel. Consequently, I don’t mean you. I can’t wait to visit England again, so perhaps I can meet a few of you face to face. A very real opportunity to discuss our differences, instead of hiding behind a keyboard.

Re: Champions League
No problem, 9 and no offence is meant at all. I am just an old traditionalist and didn't even watch the CL final as I don't care about it any more and its on BT Sport which I refuse to pay for. Even the cup final is not on terrestrial TV anymore and frankly, thats poor. Football sold its soul years ago I am afraid. However, looking at positives as you suggest, I think the Championship this year will be epic! Lets hope the new TV deal doesn't take it the same way as the Prem but sadly, that is the likely route... I remain hopeful

Re: Champions League
Aside from the issues that many people have with the way City go about their business I also find it laughable that the damn tournament is called The "Champions" League, I'm sorry but were Inter Champions? Err no, couldn't even claim to be runners up so for me it's total bollocks, all about money, greed business.
I too am a traditionalist and used to love the European Cup when Champions of nations actually competed for the right to be genuine Champions of Europe, at least Man City can claim to be that, for me all this current fiasco represents is a glorified UEFA Cup.

Re: Champions League
Both of your last two posts, Wilfred ——>> i could’ve posted. Totally agree.
Couldn’t believe the CL Final wasnt on BBC and also do not subscribe to BT or Sky.
No one “dictates” on here, 9. Not that i’ve read anyway. People get “pissy” when their “opinion” is disagreed with……. But no one dictates.
Now drop and give me twenty!
