This for anyone with an interest in Scottish football, (So Mike and Arana)....., this is funny, from 2015. I have just finished watching the Challenge Cup Semi Final between Raith & Airdrie. Was checking out a few things about Airdrie and saw this story about their "Illegal badge" and tattooed supporters being forced to have their tattoos removed. The reporter has written this with some humour....., check out the paragraph starting with "Heraldic devices" ...., and what Airdrie fans will be forced to do!
https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/loca ... ng-5437137
Hmm, nothing to do with the date of the report then?

Sometimes we complain about our defensive issues, but how about the Owls yesterday! Going into the 68th minute, heading for a 0-0 away draw in a Yorkshire derby, to 8 minutes later losing 4-0! Taking nothing away from Huddersfield's pressing, some of Wednesday's defensive play was nothing short of suicidal! I'd have loved nothing more than if Darren Moore had still been there to instigate a win against a club who, from the outside at least, appeared to tread him very shoddily!
A quick return to L1 looks very much on the cards!

I always thought you were a Wolves fan?
Maybe it might be better if Leeds go through though? The more miles and distractions they can manage can only harm their league efforts a touch? Looks like it's a matter of time before they score at the moment, a bit one way traffic.

Looks like Leeds going through. As much as I don’t like them - which stems from way, way back - they have quality throughout their squad, and Farke’s got them playing consistently well.

We can’t affect what those around do; total focus on what we do - starting on Saturday. It’s the next game that’s the most important, then the one after that…….

Southampton and Leeds going through is a good thing, more games means more travelling and possible fatigue etc.

Although I doubt it, Southampton playing Liverpool in the cup might just distract them in the run up to their big cup tie. We can only hope!

Chelsea look really good tonight v Villa .. and their 3rd goal was world class from a free kick. Game over I’d say . Villa just haven’t turned up tonight ….

haven't they got a chance of winning the league for the first time this season since 1981 or something. Don't keep up with EPL much anymore but last looked they were in among the top contenders. There'd be no malice if they do it, in fact I wish them well although in truth it probably won't come to pass. Make a real nice change from the usual title name/s, many of which I can only find derision or fail to recognize.
Scots league action provided some encouraging scores also.

There's too many games left, with twists and turns. Everyone outside the club is writing us off already. I say do so at your peril.

Southampton drawn level again, a bit of Town never know when they’re beaten spirit down at St Mary’s. Meanwhile Leeds are cruising.
