Fking rigged.
Using VAR (which has crippled the game entirely) to get Germany through.

Bloody stupid amazon driver.
“Delivery for Louisa?” (Wife)
“Nothing for Mark today? Slovakia top shaped?”
“No mate, just this very large rabbit shaped box for your wife by the look of it.”
Gutted. Cannot believe it. How could she do this to me. I mean I asked her specifically, “please order that Slovakia top in plenty time.”

Don't worry Marko, plenty of time to order your Switzerland one!

F'ng Switzerland, they spoiled a tournament. We need more established names in the latter stages but if the Italians seem inept or really not up to much then what can you do. Maybe in a sense it's better they slipped out as wouldn't have been much of a threat in the final stages. That's not the same team that won in 2020, the same desire and inventiveness just doesn't appear there. It's a shame but f*ck it, you look to others.
When rule intervention and decisional f*ck-ups don't get in the way or spoil it it's been thus far something of an enjoyment tournament at least on the field. There's teams you can look to and pencil in as genuine winners and those that remain where you wonder why they're still involved and just hangers on getting favorable games and paths forwards where ideally they would already be out of competition. They may get handed winnable games, some sorry-as* wants them to succeed and make them appear far capable than they really are, but they can't allow an outright victory or prevent an inevitable.

To be honest, was actually thinking of doing this and having “SHAKIRA” put on the back.
Purely for the thrill of people saying, “Mate, you spelt that wrong.” …… And for me to reply, “I do not think so, buddy. LOVE her music. Huge fan!”

I typed the above into ChatGPT & Google and asked for an explanation.
Both replied: “England the f*ck out.”
Come on, Saint! For goodness sake, be nice. Its an English forum ffs!

A bit better and the end of the half so don't expect him to make changes at HT, but there should be.

At least we’re playing with some urgency now even if we are lucky not to be two down and hand over.

I’m just pleased this is the first 90 mins of the the Euros I’ve watched, assuming I manage to stick with it to the end.

What the hell has gone wrong with England? We used to wallop sides. Now we can’t even pass to one another.
We have been

the whole tournament.

Not pointing any fingers in here but what a nation of complainers we are
Qualified for stage II at the top of the group, survived a couple of potentially tricky opponents, have eased into the competition now, have blooded a couple of the promising youngsters (Mainoo & Palmer). For sure it wasn't pretty but I think we'll see quite different style now that our opponents won't park the bus and just hope for a point as has happened mostly up to now.
Imagine it will be Netherlands up next so let's see how this game goes before judging. If we make it to the Final again (and with most of the big names in the other half of the draw now this is not OOTQ) I don't think anyone will care about the qualifying games. It's what we used to admire so much about the Italy of old in world cups right? Effective and boring group games then flowering in the knockouts.
Let's see if we have it within us to flower too. Surely the jury has no right to make a verdict on that yet.
As for throwing litter at Southgate and the team, I don't have adequate words to describe my disgust. It's balmy weather here in Central Europe at the moment, so I just assume it's down to that and copious amounts of excellent German Kolsch. How short people's memories are and how quickly their expectations become entitlement.
Still feeling the same way, Dubai? We have been shocking (again) - no-one above 4/10 and Southgate should be minus 5 out of 10. We promise so much but have delivered zero...

I think Bellingham is playing like a prima dona . Everytime he’s beaten he appeals for a foul . Get him off for gods sake !

Davis should have been in that squad … it’s crying out for an overlapping player.

Also - 25 man squad and 10 mins from going out but negative southgate makes 1 change - he needs to go, go now and be remembered as the poor negative manager he is.
