I want to see what the away kit is going to be like. I hope it’s something like a lilac colour with black shorts and lilac sox

I hate Red too, can't stand white shirts either, orange wouldn't be my choice either but we've kind of adopted that and it seems to be a lucky kit.

Would go with Maroon then? Personally I’d hate it if it was that colour…. I’ve often said I’d love our 70’s primrose yellow n blue trim shirts with blue shorts and yellow socks, back. (like the Arsenal colours in that ‘78 FA Cup final)….. those were always our away strip in those days. Problem is the younger Town fan only associates it with narwich ( it’s nothing like their colours)

Pink
Fluorescent pink might have a bit of a WOW ( WTF) factor about it
So marko what colour would you like to see for the away kit? A plain (un messy design) shirt would be welcome.

Well, never maroon.
Unlike Mike, I actually like the white mainly due to Ipswich playing in white away tops when I started following........, but how about the opposite then? Black?

Hmmmmm, black, that's such a " boy" colour isn't it!
Edit: black with lilac trim

..... I'm trying to meet you half way here lol
Look atbthd Dutch " away" strip today, black ( instead of dark blue), and Lilac trim instead of orange

I'd be staying away from maroons, reds, oranges, purples and lilacs.
Black or white......., or a variation of blue & white. Maybe even a blue & white stripe like SheffWeds. Keep it all Royal Blue related. Opinion only!

It has to be different colours to avoid clashes Mario, you can’t have a blue home kit and a blue and white strip away.
I like green like newcastles last away kit but appreciate due to the Norwich things that’s not going to fly. Orange was good, if definitely be down for the pink suggested here too.
Not keen on black, and we have the ‘blackout’ kit already - still for sale I believe. Wasn’t a huge fan of the Barcelona navy and maroon one. White a bit boring but ok ish.
So pink would also be my choice…
Or left field but the league one promo kit in white with black graphics for the stand image would be cool.

I think there’s a team in USA that has a pink kit. Have to be honest here, it’s horrible! I’ll be super disappointed if we go with pink.

How thin are your legs?! Haha. He might be toned but he is a very slight guy, I really would say his arms are not big at all.

I’ll gladly sit watching The Big Lebowski wearing a black Away Ipswich top and bowling shoes. Nothing else.

What is it with having to have an away strip? Surely that is a marketing ploy to generate over-priced kits that kids insist on having. Ipswich play in a variation of blue and white -that is their colours UNLESS when they are playing away and their opponents also play in blue and then we have one or two alternative colours to choose from. If for instance we are playing Arsenal at the Emirates ,why cant we wear OUR traditional colours .By all means, the club can market the one or two alternative kits but not an AWAY kit per se.

Word
Same with Hibs. They should only ever wear their green kits......., no other club is ALL green in Scotland. Had this argument for YEARS.

AWAY/Alternative - same/same really, alot of teams play in the home kit away unless there is a clash, but you'd never HAVE to play in the away kit at home, hence its dubed 'away' kit.
You could call it the 'away but only if clashing kit', but away is easier
