But Dyer is playing for England and in Europe and in the same league as Everton, so you'd have to say Dyer is the best on that list.

I know he's not on the list but for me it would be Alan Mahon, he's superb at this level.

In the Premiership (and from that list) it'd be Jamie Clapham
