Just heard that Sheepshanks has bought this, any truth?

This area is right near the ITFC training ground. Can't see why he would be interested in this area of land. Wouldn't benefit him nor ITFC. Unless he is looking at selling the land onto developers and make a quick buck himself. If this was the case why not do it under ITFC's name and make us some cash.

Just speculating though guys - not throwing accusations!
