Does anyone think.....

The constant talk of Royles 'retirement' is causing the lack of motivation and passion? i remember a similar situation at Fulham when Fayed said he wouldn't be extending Tiganas Contract and as a result Fulham didn't win a game in about 15 and was sacked before the end of the season in order to stop the rot?Do you think Royle is just coasting along and not really up for it anymore?or are we just plain sh*t

Plain sh*t - In 30 years following this club - I don't think I have ever felt so low about the club . Joe Royle sadly has passed his best and we need to change the leadership whils we still have some time to save the season (ie not get relegated - which with our current play is seeming increasingly likely)......
I will keep supporting to the day I shuffle off this mortal coil - but I don't see where the good days will be coming from ?

I think it's a combination of both of these factors.

We have no passion now and it doesn't help the Joe has his 'favourite' players. If he played the 'best' team perhaps we would get the results.
