You do realise...

Post by Dazza » Wed Nov 30, 2005 7:07 pm

We could still do a Palace. Living around Palace fans I got to hear what they thought the season they went up. They were rubbish, and they were saying a lot of the same things as us, but a late fantastic run AFTER xmas saw them in the play offs and saw them make Premiership football.

Not saying it will, but it could happen, anything is possible.

We need to learn to keep 11 players on the pitch then maybe a late run to avoid relegation!!

That is refreshing to hear. Town have usually been good after the New Year starts. No reason why it can't happen again this season. Other than the top 2 teams, the others aren't really better off than us. One good new player could make a big difference. And even the current lot could get on a better run of form.

Well we all know its possible. Problem is that when Palace achieved it they were a team of under-achievers. Are we under achieving or do we just lack quality ? Hard to say right now isn't it.

Was it not the introduction of Dowie that turned there fortunes around?? With Warnock staying put BFJ is still gonna be at the helm and he doesnt seem to have what it takes.
