A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

Gotta a feeling this one could run on and on
When people say pacific when they actually mean specific
Anyone that tells you a story and then half way through says "to cut a long story short"....why is the short version longer than original version?

People who park on double yellow lines, but put theit hazard lights on.
People who get up early at halftime to get in the pie queue first, and then try to get back to their seat when everyone else is trying to get out

People talking on their phones whilst driving. At all.
Your call is not that important. YOU are not that important. Get off the f**king road.

Nothing really pisses me off, not even my Ex wife anymore. I refuse to let anything or anyone bring me down anymore. I would rather avoid unpleasant people , and situations when possible.
If i had to say something it would be much the same as most of us would say, Intolerance, impolietness, acute lazyiness in people, violent people, swearing nearly every word in every sentence etc etc

Worse yet, standing in it. Or, the feeling one gets after standing in it. It's the same feeling I get when I see a person wearing a green and yellow scarf. Also, people who take your parking space as you maneuver to parallel park. Non wavers after you let them in your lane. Idiots who blow their horn right as the light changes to green. Cold food meant to be hot. Accidentally banging my head. People who laugh at me after I've accidentally banged my head. Lee Martin. Getting onions on my burger when I've specifically asked to Not have onions. Missing last call. Blocked toilets. When the only restaurant open is chinese food. A kick in the bollucks. Or, a kick in the bollucks is the only option to avoid talking to my ex wife. Violent people. Rude waiters or waitresses. Christmas pudding...because I hate it, but I alway have to have a bite.

Slowing down to let someone in your lane and they dont wave thanks. People who say, "I seen" instead of, "I saw." Michigan fans. My favorite sports team losing. Politicians.

Damn right. Or people just pulling out because they think you should slow down. Or sitting in the middle lane.
In fact, every road thing imaginable

Agreed! What Ohio described is bloody annoying, I'm a polite driver and it pisses me off when it isn't reciprocated.
Holiday in India was a good job though...you realise the potential of the indicator.
Can be more of an indication of intentions..rather than asking for permission as I have always used it. I might be becoming one of those drivers that I profess to hate

Indicate..they should slow down and let you in (as you would) if they don't...invite yourself!
I'll add one....people who drive alongside a nose to tail line of traffic at a motorway on-ramp...and expect to be let in right before the on ramp.
Scum of the earth should be named and shamed. Their taxes should be increased.

Seeing as I'm spending so much time in London, BUS LANES!!
I pay an extortionate amount on road tax and petrol to drive on roads full of holes, why should a bus get where I'm going easier?

How much is road tax? When I tell my American friends about the London road-tax they can't believe it. I'm sure it won't be long before US cities do the same, though.

My road tax is about £270 a year. Then you have fuel at pretty much £1.40 a litre. Add to that the £10 a day to drive in the smoke (or should I say sit) and I can't use half the roads available cause it's reserved for f**king buses.

Vic, becoming a bus wanker should be reserved for students and the elderly. Neither of which are ever in a rush to be anywhere.
Yeah I agree Herb, I could get another car but I want to travel in comfort. Tax is based partly on emissions right? So why is my new motor, with all of today's technology costing more on tax than my leaded fiesta from years back that was always surrounded by black smoke?
Whilst we're on the subject on smoke, that pisses me off too. The government put the prices up on cigarettes on the claim that it will discourage smoking. What bollocks. We are addicts and you are mugging us off. If I had a heroin habit you'd give me methadone for nothing, yet you rip me off daily. Then you have the cheek to tell me that I might be charged hospital bills because I smoke. My smoking pays for the NHS and I never use it. When I develop lung cancer and bronchitis I will want to cash in.
