Hi

Here you can chat about everything and anything related to ITFC and other football issues. This forum also hosts the now Internationally famous TB.com ITFC match previews which contain insightful pre-match thoughts, previous highlights, news links relating to Town, form guides and other bits and pieces. Feel free to discuss meet ups/travel plans in here as well.

Get a life ,get a thicker skin, write about the good Things with OUR Club and the bad, and dont take others posters opinions to Heart so much. Would like to add I agree that mods should give an explaination of why they have moved or deleted a thread out of common curtesy. I think Ive had one removed over the fifteen or so years Ive been posting and Im still furious.........only kidding.
You are the second person to agree with me. Perhaps it will be looked at by Frosty & Co.

When the thread runs: "I don't like or agree with what you say, and think you're a tw@t for saying it", or insults the individual, rather than the views expressed (however barking they may be!), I'd have thought subsequent action by a moderator was pretty obvious. However, agree the fact that such action has been taken should acknowledged in bloody great letters where the original post once was! CONTENT REMOVED FOR FEAR OF OFFENDING THE MORE SENSITIVE SOULS WHO COME ON HERE :D

Hey, boys and girls, there's a game tomorrow to look forward to! Life really is too short......

Every single person that has posted has still missed the bloody point, well my point anyway, the OP only posts on a thread when we sodding well lose and I cant and wont put up with it, simples. He can disagree with every opinion I have and call me every name under the sun I really dont have an issue with that either, but for god sake be consistent and post when we win too.

Andy you mention yourself but at least you come on here win lose or draw to air your views, that I respect.

Sometimes on other forums, the "C" word is enough to get the thread locked. So please, ya load of c*nts, let it go. When ITFC win 5-1 tomoro, all this will be ancient history and everyone and their poosy will be happy.

So......, anyone off out tonight? Only asking because I'm off out to get feckin rat arsed. Hard week. Have a few pints on me y'all.

Pretty sure I'll "believe" I can fly come half 11 tonight, PBB. :D Was warned by the wife earlier not to get too drunk as I'll be out at the Hibs Jambos game on Sunday....., known to get bevvied after these as well, usually combined with tears. But must explain......, this weekend of bevvying is only because I sold my American Football tickets to a buddy and made a slight profit, (he's not that much of a mate).

I should point out that if someone has an issue with moderation or a moderator then please let Earl Blue know. He will always try and do what's best for the whole forum, including telling a mod if they are 'out of line'.

Personally I still feel threads like these are posted to get a reaction, then everyone 'feels they are on the side of angels' when it comes to what is right or wrong. (Myself included).

I also feel this forum is very tame for a football forum which is why I let threads run

We did go to Rotorua but only had a day there. We crammed a lot in but it felt like 2 or 3 days minimum would be required to do the place justice.

I've read through it again and even saw the initial information that sparked any 'controversy' before it was amended and didn't see anything too derogatory or input to warrant action taken but respect those whose task it is to step up when they feel necessary. I've participated on many different soccer forums and anything that was presented here seemed tame in comparison. Guess things got a little out of hand but there's no lasting damage. We're all supporters of the same club who only want the team to succeed so no sense in any hostilities, regardless of how minor. As Herforder said himself, life is indeed too short.

In order to clarify some things..

I support the administrator who took off the posts. In fact I encouraged it.
I posted wrote into the admin section for someone to deal with this in my absence.
I am only concerned about the forums the majority of members wishes, not individuals.

Any issues PM me but do NOT expect me to change my mind about certain
issues as I have already said on many occasions that I and / or the Admin team will not
always give reasons as to why certain posts are removed and that is that.
If we feel it is for the better of the forum believe me I will stick by that.

Please remember that the ''Common Courtesy'' expected from some will
most likely be applied if it was applied by you in the first place.

This forum has over many years seen many changes and usually despite what anyone
feels for the better.. Its not as if we have these bust ups every day is it...

I am not going to go into further details on the open forum neither am I going to
pander to any individual via PM. But of course if you really think you have a
right to tell me how to run my forum then please do so, if you don't like the way
then you have other choices/ways to follow your team. Simples..

Earl

 ^^^ you guys!

True story: I once wore a pair of the wife's undies to work for a horny dare, (was much younger, 20's) ..... Completely forgot I had them on and bent down to look under some floorboards at work, t shirt went up slightly and revealed the Lacey frilly edge..... Malcolm the electrician behind me said, "WOOOOO HOOOO, NICE PANTIES MARKO!!!" No one ever let me live that down.
