This might be the best thing that could have happened for us. A 1-1 draw with little scoring and hoofing it everywhere is how we have been playing. Hopefully the dreadful defending at times is a wake up kick to the nuts this week!

To be clear, it is a two game series vs the budgies, right?
Yes it is , the next two Saturdays at 12.15 both games

I think you'll find he's already lined up for another job unless Derby got promoted.

Was on the site just now - nothing yet regarding PO tickets. They'll have to move reasonably quickly, though - although doubt there will be much demand!

First & foremost........., well done to all associated with ITFC, objective of making the play-offs achieved and roll on Norwich City next week.

Had a look at 20 minutes worth of highlights........, REALLY don't want to be the one who starts picking fault, but would if be ok with you lot if I personally call TC & Choo Choo and ask if I can play centre back next week? I'll even pay for Tommy Smiths flight back to New Zealand. Focking liability. YES, great at clearing the uncontested ball, right place, right time etc etc......., but Fk me; set pieces, contested balls? >>>>> USELESS.

Praying its a close play off semi final.

The score from Blackburn is disappointing, never expected to be beaten today, but the most important thing is achieving a top six place. Whatever occured in the aforementioned game would seem immaterial by many so long as we're going to be involved.

But f**king Norwich in the play-offs ? Honestly don't feel good about this one. Would have wanted someone else but what's done is done. We'll give it a go and hopefully - just hopefully - we'll overcome those.... and play Middlesbrough in the final event.

We don't do things easily but at least have ourselves an opportunity from here. Finished the season on 78 points which some would see as a lucky number but it's going to take more than just good fortune to be a premier league outfit next season.

As for those who missed out ? Yes there is a degree of sympathy for Derby and Wolverhampton who didn't make it, but it was either them or us.

First game Portman Road Saturday 9th May 12 : 15 start.

Would have wanted to play at home in the return and apparently away goals count for nothing this year ?

What's the full capacity at Portman Road? How many of you think it will be sold out! I bloody well hope it's sold out! I'd be going to both matches if it weren't for the cost of a plane ticket!

Does anyone know if it will be televised in the US?

Let's face it, his form has been very questionable over the last half of the season.

Bloody hell, just home from Blackburn and what a rollercoaster of an afternoon that was, do we ever do anything easy ???? Such a good start and for 20 mins in control, great goal form Murphy and sears crashes one off the bar, then we seem to self destruct with p*ss poor defending again. In fairness Blackburns third was really unlucky on us and I thought we played well after the break and created loads of chances, quite how Sears missed from 2 yards god only knows.

It is the first time I have been in a crowd and start rejoicing at events elsewhere, it was all slipping away when we were 3-1 down and Derby just needed 1 goal to put us out but the celebrations when news filtered through Reading had got a second and then a third was surreal. It is easy to say we got lucky today but over 46 games you finish where you deserve to and we deserve our play off slot. Absoultely no pressure on us now, the team finishing third always feel like they should already be up while the team that creeps in the back feel they have another chance at it, Twice the scum have had the rub of the green against us, maybe, just maybe it is our turn now. Two massive games to come and this season is far from over.
