The New Team
Guys & Gals,
Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of Dave & myself to thank you for your ongoing support of this forum as it undertakes it's latest transformation.
It goes without saying that when Eddie offered us the opportunity to take on ownership of the forum, we were initially hesitant, not because we didn't want to do it, but because we were unsure if we were the right people to take it forward. Hopefully we've made the right choice.
Dave and I are obviously from different backgrounds, but we share the same passion for the club and therefore this forum.
We want to make this place worth visiting and have given ourselves the challenge of trying to do that over the course of next season.
Obviously owning a forum isn't cheap, so we want to make it work. In order to do that, we will try and introduce new ideas as we go along. Forum layout and content, connection to the club, fan involvement and so on. We would welcome any ideas you have, things you'd like to see, like to participate in. Whatever it is, just drop one of us a PM and we can see what's feasible.
To start with we have created a new moderation team to take us into the new season. Allow me to "introduce" them.
The Don - Forum Owner / Administrator
Frosty - Forum Owner / Administrator
Earl Blue - Technical team / Administrator
Dazza - Technical team / Administrator
The four of us comprise the management team. It goes without saying that what Dazza and Eddie have done for this forum over the years has been appreciated and I can't think of anyone else I'd want to work alongside.
We also welcome back three Moderators from last season as well as a new addition to the team.
Charnwood - Prediction League Mod
Superchef - Prediction League Mod
Todd66 - Games Room Mod
Jamma123 - ITFC and Preview Mod
Todd will continue with the posting game along with coming up with new games and ideas.
Jamma will continue with the previews.
Charnwood & Superchef will continue their fantastic work with the Prediction league which was a roaring success over the last couple of seasons.
I would expect members to give these guys their support also as they put a fair amount of time into trying to give you enjoyment.
For now, that's it.
Thanks once again for your involvement in the forum, It made the decision to take over much easier knowing that there was a solid base of fans that wanted it.
Hopefully this is just the start, and by this time next year, more people will be become part of the TB.Com family.

Re: The New Team
Let me be the first to wish Dave, Rob and the team the very best for
the future running of Tractor-Boys.com.
I had no doubt in my mind that if anyone can take the forum forward it
would have to be them..
Onwards and Upwards

Well done chaps. Without people willing to put the time and effort in, these things never work. So I commend you all and will give my best endeavours to be a decent forum contributor, and not an arse !
Happy days

Re: The New Team
There is every likelihood I might accidentally crash the forum next time I'm in Magaluf. Apologies in advance.
Just as well it's the close season.
