They haven't scored since April and they get 4 tonight. JOKE. Gerken needs to MOVE not just stand there looking gormless.

marko69 wrote:Steve & Jo......, I've been wanting to say that for a while now. Both keepers are very average. There was a forum member crying out for a better keeper and I can't remember who..... But I agree.
But where are the good keepers?
Quite frankly our two are average at best and that is saying something. Though in fairness i think the Ref could easily have given a penalty there. Our left back looks easy to beat tonight. That is twice he allows crosses over. Not our night but surely defense needs working at. We look good going forwards yet sh!# at back

Looks like I will keep my 100% record of never having seen Ipswich win when watching them live. The best I can come up with is a draw against Leicester years ago

Turned down a good night out to get home early to watch this match with so much anticipation and a degree of expectation but.......
So so disappointing, will make next Fridays decision much easier.

Re: Reading vs Ipswich Town Preview & Matchday Thread
Simply dreadful from back to front. Gerkin , useless im afraid to say, but who else have we got.Knudson looks easy to beat, chambers not looked solid either. Midfield , did we have one? And as for pitman i cant stand him, mcgoldrick looked good on the ball but as soon as he loses it he plods around. Reading have looked sharper from the off and dangerous all over the pitch. This is as painful as is frustrating to watch. If this is our best chance of going up for years its a worry.Cant believe ive got tickets for effin leeds away either. Lets see MM pick the positives out of this one, i want to see him start droping a few bollocks into his team rather than his normal" my lads are outdstanding but we got beaten by a better team" bull$hite.

For me too. With a bit of luck they'll win 6-0. I'll be delighted to be the jinx bstd.Charnwood wrote:So so disappointing, will make next Fridays decision much easier.
