Yes, perhaps we should form a golden oldies society.

Age, old, we could call ourselves the TOTS (Town's Old Twats Society). We could all get pissed on a pint of shandy and go to the loo every ten minutes.

Probably not a good idea really: we might all get on and have nothing to fall out about.

49 for me.

Possibly look a bit older at the moment with my greying winter beard. It will be gone when the clocks change to reveal my youthful good looks 8)

^ awesome! ^

Hopefully she stays true to her word there, Deeko! :D

JayKay......, the 69 is the year, buddy. Was asked that a few years ago, and when I replied, "Yes, I was born the same year Neil Armstrong was jumping around in a warehouse pretending to be on the moon," hmmm, not good.

Bad move. Started off a massive "moon landings" argument.

47 this coming October. Mental age of all ages available......, can discuss politics down the pub, or I can pretend to be Peppa pigs brother, George and chase the grandaughter around the house shouting "Dinosaur, Dinosaur!"

Actually, that's ^^ wrong......., I know fk all about politics.

I am 78 in August. Been retired 22 years and unlike many of my age I don't take any tablets.
Not that I haven't in the past but three years ago I was introduced to green tea . I drink four cups a day. Over the past two years I have found that my knees and back which gave me trouble in past years no longer do and I can walk miles without dis comfort, my blood pressure is 125/71 and so far I have gone through this Winter without so much of a sniffle.

Will be 53 in early April and yes it looks like most of us are old enough to remember the good days, some even remember two different phases that could be described that way.

You are not the first to say green tea is bitter. However I don't find it bitter. I drink the unflav oured or the lemon flavoured and find them both refreshing. Having tried peppermint now that is what I call horrible and I won't touch it. And I forgot to add to my post ( senior moment ) I play Bowls three times a week in Summer, once a week in Winter attend all Cardiffs games which sometimes causes me to feel a little off colour. But I am genuine when I tell you that on retirement I suffered with my knees and legs . I couldn't stand or walk for long periods and struggled to play bowls for more than once a week. Over the past two years I have found a great difference and the only thing that has changed is the drinking of green tea. Another point I don't like Guiness I'm a Brains SA man myself.
