1 Moxey and Balls a combination made in Heaven for the benefit of Ipswich. Just ask the Baggies as they look down on Molineux from their high perch.
2 How long before he is given the bird.
3 Pies and pints all round for the Canaries.
4 Whatever you do Jez, don't start getting smart in the transfer market.
5 If Norwich need a new stand, have a look at the size of the roof before the plans are approved.
6 Don't tell Norwich fans ' we won't do an Ipswich', just in case you do'.
7 Don't ever forget their last CEO resigned as a matter of principle
8 Anyone in the South Bank for ' we are going to miss you when you are gone'.

Can't always see the humor in the color of a team's strip and had it been any other club side it wouldn't have warranted a mention. Taking into account the authors intransigent fascinations of all things Norwich City certain elements can be overlooked (or expected) but surely it's whatever they (or any other club side) achieves that takes precedence over seemingly immaterial factors presented such as design of attire.
Lo and behold seem to recall a similar strip (release) back in 1992 that may, or may not have been, ridiculed to a similar extent, and the club went on to possibly their greatest season in existence. Don't get me wrong : can't abide the team in question and wish them every failure, but as before, this is a results business, nobody in Norwich will care zero if they're promoted by end of season : whatever color or fashion they take to the field in.

If you go on twitter or facebook, you will find it is not just this author that is having a bloody good laugh at that shower of shyte up the road. Their ability to unveil an utter garbage kit year in year out beggers belief, and they have in the past been voted Nationally as having one of the worst kits of all time........so what do they do? ........refer to it as an "historic shirt" and re vamp it again this season, only in a more insipid version!!
THEYRE THICK,

Oh, and once again they are being ridiculed NATIONALLY for it, so youll have to forgive me for posting it on here, but its hard not to notice it.

As for them getting promoted, I can name at least 6 teams that will be having something to say about that inprobability.

Blimey OB, you ma be right , but it happens all the time. You only have to look at the Welsh team posting their team's excessive and OTT "celebrations" on FB when England bowed out of the Euro's. Now its one thing for rival fans to pick holes in another's fan base of rival team, but when so called "Professionals" are taking the p*ss out of fellow professionals, Id say that's pretty disgusting, and a total lack of professionalism, in my book.

Re: Oh dear Norwich....
What's that with the English and Welsh having shots at each other and over one game ? That's not even a f**king rivalry, how many times do they get to play each other ? You can't use that as a comparison with ourselves and Norwich City - any level of long-standing animosity doesn't come anywhere near.
Maybe it's a locality thing, people in and around East Anglia (or born within) have stronger feelings towards each other and for those born further away it's something of an indifference. You put the club side Norwich City into the simplest terms - weigh up all the options - and for me it's merely a small obscure team with almost zero honors that had one or two standout seasons in some 100 + years of existence and nothing more. They cannot and never will be anything near the stature of Ipswich Town Football Club and whatever they may say we're always going to remain the biggest and most recognized team of the two - but to be fair their regular turn-out at Carrow Road and continued loyal support is something to be applauded.
Once again the new colors or design may invoke a level of ridicule among our support but am prepared to wait and see what occurs on the field of play regards what they put together for the new season.

So they cannot and never will be anything near the stature of itfc and we are always goong to be the biggest team?? I think you may be un with a shock and i also think the tide has well and truly turned. They are financially ok, have a prem squad in the championship and are keeping hold of thier best players. Not only that, they are signing players too. They can afford the fees and wages and have big money going into the club over next three seasons. Itfc have jack didly squat funds compared to ncfc and even signing on a free wont attract too many decent players as we cant afford to pay the wage demands. We will be reliant on loans and youngsters.saint jude wrote:What's that with the English and Welsh having shots at each other and over one game ? Re: Oh dear Norwich....
I see what you're saying but was talking in the context that while we have achieved great honors such as being champions of our country, FA Cup winners, and a European trophy : Norwich City will never come close to duplicating those achievements.
You look at what Leicester did a short time back, that was an extraordinary feat : but the idea of Norwich producing the very same accomplishment either next year or any time in the future - it's almost fantasy world, it won't happen - can't happen
Best chance available was when Walker put together that fine squad some 20 + years back, and the pity is for them, there seems more talk about that goddamn win in Munich and all in one game, than the months of hard work and effort before it, that saw them finish in third place which even gave rise to the opportunity within a European competition. I think a lot of people - regardless of support - overlook this and concentrate on that one night in Germany alone.
As before, Yes you have it right in saying they're better equipped right now in terms of money available and squad of players, but we'll be starting off once more on equal footing in a short time, and with regards the lists of accomplishments, it's a line of honors they may (or shall) never get close to.
