and potential legal actions that might be taken against Evans. If one of his Companies is caught up in this it was tweeted that this could have ramifications for ITFC in terms of points deduction and administration??

I don't see why, numerous shady owners in the past have had legal situations over them and to the best of my knowledge it has never led to points deductions or anything so serious, at worst it could mean a temporary transfer embargo if his assets were frozen for a time pending investigation but that is hardly going to impede us LOL.

There would have to be a solid body of evidence linking ME and his cohorts to any Brazilian charges for the UK to agree to extradition. Even if a request were to be received, which I believe to be unlikely, the legal ramifications would take yonks to sort out. Certainly lawyers involved would profit!

The immediate fallout for ITFC is the negative publicity, and the fact that, for some, we're owned by an individual whose business dealings tread a fine line between legitimacy and dishonesty. Let the facts be known.
