EVANS OUT...OUT..OUT
Fund Mick McCarthy or do one.
I'm personally fed up of you Mr Evans using MY Club as a tax deductible in your bloody Corporate accounts.
Actions speak louder than words. Either financial back the manager to a meaningful, competitive amount or SELL UP AND MOVE ON.

Re: EVANS OUT...OUT..OUT
I see what you're saying but essentially, It's not your club - it's not my club, or anyone else who participates around here. We're not even shareholders, just humble supporters who may attend games, buy the merchandise, or root for the team - but its not our club, that title belongs to Evans himself.
With you though on the increasing necessity to find a fresh takeover. But as addressed numerous times, who is there to take over responsibility ? We're a pretty unappealing proposition right now and Evans seems content to stay put and focus on other business endeavors aside from Ipswich Town Football Club itself not to mention a seemingly apathy regards however Mick McCarthy performs from one week to the next. Yes in an ideal world I'd like to see them both out also, but realistically you feel we're with them for at least until end of season - wherever the club may end up.

Re: EVANS OUT...OUT..OUT
trust me, the club belongs in the true sense of the word to the fans. Evans will no doubt be seeing how worthless "his" Club is when there are no fans left coming through the turnstiles. Football is NOTHING without fans. The true "owners".

Re: EVANS OUT...OUT..OUT
Cannot believe that when you said "My" club, Hallam, some other fanny started banging on about "ownership". Actually can't believe I read that sh*t. Unreal.

Re: EVANS OUT...OUT..OUT
I consider Town are "my" Club. I've been going down to that ground to watch the team for over 45 yrs. I've seen hundreds of players pull on thd Blue shirt and numerous managers cone in and manager my club. They have xll gone. I and many thousands like me are the ONLY constant. Evans and McCarthy are just the latest transients. I'll be around long after they've moved onto their new play thing.
I'm surprised and a little disappointed that you can't see what I saying. But there you go. That's football.
ps try telling any fan that their vlub doesn't belong to them.

I'm sorry but I must be so depressed tonight I actually can't see that your post is supporting what I said marko. I'm obviously missing something here. So I'll apologise anyway

The post is about Saint alluding to ownership when you used the words "my team".
Is it a nice bottle of Chardonay tonight, Deary?

Unfortunately I get drawn into Saints posts and then immediately think I've eaten a plate of magic mushrooms.
Fortunately I do not respond to many........, I do not want banned forever.

Re: EVANS OUT...OUT..OUT
I also fear Evans the chelski fan is only using us as a tax break for his empire, and has little to no genuine love for the club.
I know he is here to make money as any business man or woman would be, but he really should be seen to be pushing the management and playing staff onwards and upwards. There are many chairpersons that have been a nightmare for their clubs, Blackpool and Cardiff to name but a few. It's been said in the past that Evans loves Mick as he won't rock the boat or demand better funding, just tick on regardless and keep it simmering on the back burner. Wish I could buy the club and really invest in the team and get us competitive. I know it's not all about the cash but for me Evans does not give a monkeys.

Here's another example of what lack of investment can do to a football club. I was chastised for saying our youth set up was average at best...not too long ago. Well, I'm even more concerned about the dwindling percentages of academy players in the first team. If they're not good enough, we need to figure out how to bring these youngsters up to speed. According to Klug, we need Cat1 status in order to produce first team players. Any thoughts on this?
