One of many mistakes MM has made was bringing Johnny Williams on
in the 85th minute against Blackburn, not really enough time to adjust to the game.
If his intention was to give him a run out then not only is it insane but an insult
to the player!!!

When will this guy ever learn how to manage a football team!!!

On your bike MM and good riddens!!!!
and it wouldn't surprise me if he does the same thing when we play Burton.

Len.

I have the thoughts similar to when Hibs played Cowdenbeath a few years ago; "Can't get beat from Cowdenbeath?" Probably a very High School-ish type of thinking, but regarding Tuesday, "can't get beat from Burton f**king Albion?"

Well Burton have beaten Sheff Wed, Derby & Cardiff and drawn with QPR, Fulham & Wolves so we sure as hell could get beat.

1:38 - 1:42? That's the stuff that I want a referee to sit down and F*CKING EXPLAIN what he saw. Coz I can see Fk all free kick there.

Telling you, yip, not an easy job, but they're all arseholes.

Hadn't realized that. Picked up they got a point with Wigan Athletic yesterday, but to see those above achievements has put some serious doubt that we can indeed take something from our game with them.

Imperative we take something from it as we're facing Newcastle if correct immediately after, two losses on the back of our current form would be tough.

thanks for the match reports! I always log in to take a look at them even if I don't always post. Friend of mine text me on Friday saying he was going to Blackburn and did I want to come along, to be honest I couldn't bring myself to want to go at the moment, having been Ewood Park last 2 seasons. I did listen to the match on Radio Suffolk, sounded to me like we played better, but never really did enough to get the win, we did at least threaten, but as others have said the level of opposition should be considered too!

Lets hope we can build on what was a slightly better attacking display against Burton, we do need a win in this game, if we don't im not so sure we will see any major action, but certainly the fans will be not be accepting it. I will be travelling up to the North East for Saturdays match, I see a few people are going to sample the nightlife on the Friday, we are going up Saturday morning and staying overnight on Saturday so will be out and about on the Saturday evening instead if anyone else is!

I am hoping we change up our midfield tomorrow, remove Douglas (that's tactical by the way, nothing against him personally at this moment in time), put in Bishop or Williams in that middle to become a playmaker. And I hope we play 2 up top, although I don't think we will.

Hiya Charlton, pleased to hear you like reading the match reports etc, as long as someone does LOL. Shame we are up in Newcastle on different nights. As for your team selection, unfortunately I don't see too much changing again tomorrow night.

haha yes I do enjoy reading them. Even if I go to the game, good to hear it from another point of view, at the end of the day football is all about opinions.

I agree I don't see much changing in terms of team selection either, but that is up to MM, he could make a rod for his own back if he doesn't give up some of his stubbornness. It is a shame we are in Newcastle different nights, its great nightlife up there, the football was just another excuse to give the wife in order to go back up there :D

Anyway lets hope for something to cheer about tomorrow!
