Will Keane injury
Hi. Any news floating around about Will Keane's injury? Hamstring was mentioned after the game. This could be the final nail in the coffin for us as he was starting to look pretty useful by all accounts.

Does this mean Lankester will see more game time? Or, will we see more of the ineffective Jackson?

Re: Will Keane injury
Suspect he’s had a scan done . Not sure if it’s good news or not ( this waiting). Hamstring injuries are barstewards anyway. Even if it’s a grade 1 tear it’ll be a week or two - we need him in the team for Sat. Don’t think we have anyone else left at the Club suitable to call upon . You couldn’t make these sodding injuries up could you.
Strikers out for the count this season:
Walters
Lankester
Ward
Harrison
Sears
Keane

I see that there is some talk that Keane might be available for Saturday now.
I just hope we aren't trying to rush him back and then the hamstring goes completely.

I would say its worth the risk. We have nothing to lose now, so every risk is worth taking. If we lose and Keane gets crocked, it makes zero difference to our fate.... If we win and he gets crocked then it was worth the risk....

Im half hoping (praying) that Keane will make the game but Lmabert is keeping his cards close to his chest on this one. Fingers crossed.

Re: Will Keane injury
As Bowza the dog is leading the team out on Saturday perhaps he could be given a go up top.
At least we could be gauranteed he will have a bit of bite in the tackle!!

Re: Will Keane injury
sh*t I just got him down as first scorer in the prediction league. Going have to amend that.
Keane has been a good signing for us, like Sears he is hardly prolific but registers enough to provide the team with a chance. We got other team members in attacking departments but believe not readily good enough. Would wish the player back before end of season, his omission will be tangible.
