Spot on! Well done. Jack Lemmon as Felix Unger in The Odd Couple. Giving Walter Matthau (as Oscar Maddison) a piece of his mind 30 seconds before their dinner dates arrive. Never gets old. Always makes me laugh.

Re: Who said that?
This is from one of my favorite films. I’m looking for the actor’s name who said it.
“I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.“

Sounds like Blade Runner although haven't seen it for a good 20 years. Rutger Hauer or Ford character, we'll go with the former.
It's not Star Trek I've seen every movie release and original episode and that quote doesn't register at all. Maybe TNG or DS9 but selecting the above for now.

Yep, could be Rutger, Saint. He snuffed it the other day and maybe 9 is commemorating him.

Yes, Rutger Hauer is correct. His character, Replicant-Roy Batty's last words after trying to kill Deckard on the roof of a building in the pouring rain. You are also correct Marko, it's sad to see another icon of my generation pass away.

Going to have to be quick now so nothing too long or overwritten. Shame about Rutger Hauer, didn't realize what had occurred. Seriously, a little dismayed about it he were a very accomplished actor.

Re: Who said that?
None of the above.
Played international level from say end of 1980's to around 2000, maybe sometime earlier. Featured in World Cups and European Championships.
Won't disclose the nation as yet but made a name for themselves at both mentioned tournaments, for the right and wrong reasons.
Domestic career started around 1984, lasted some 20 years thereafter. Went into eventual management and coaching.

Try this.
“I like girls. That’s the only reason I’m in the music business – I discovered you could get women to take their clothes off if you had a guitar. And they come off a lot faster if you can play it.”
