Yesterdays failure……. After choosing “since” for 5th guess, was left with Wince or Mince……. Thought they’d never use a mince word like mince for a wordle…… chose Wince ….. and FAIL

I thought that too, because it's US spelling and they say ground meat instead of mince. But must use mince as well. Been caught out before because they used COLOR instead of COLOUR.

I've never heard Americans refer to ground beef as mince.
