Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
I don’t give a sh*t about Norwich. I just want Hull and Coventry to have nothing to play for when we meet them in our next games.

I have to say I agree - Norwich may not be an issue for us in the long run but Hull and Cov could be...Charnwood wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2024 8:32 pmI don’t give a sh*t about Norwich. I just want Hull and Coventry to have nothing to play for when we meet them in our next games.

I really pleased that a Hull player got booked for celebrating in front of the Cov fans. I’m sick of players inciting fans …. Then they moan when fans get violent !

I suppose I’m fearing the worst case scenario ….. IF we drop into those PO, they will beat us again in my humble view. It would be an utter travesty.

I would love to see Norwich at Wembley in the final but not at our expense and only if they get hammered

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
I share your fear, I promise! However, Hull and Cov are our immediate concern, hence my last post. Scum can be an issue for another day and to be honest, the only way Hull or Cov could realistically overtake them is if they beat us which of course we don't want!hallamblue wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2024 8:40 pm

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Well my wishful thinking was, Hull win tonight to put pressure on scum….we beat Hull, and then Hull win their last game ( after out game) lol …. Isn’t go8mg to happen though is it.
Coventry look a lot more dangerous now Simms is on.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
As I said Liz I don’t give a sh*t about Norwich and don’t usually even look at their results although I will whilst Coventry and Hull can still get in the play offs. If Hull win this game tonight our task on Saturday night will be twice as difficult given they will have a massive incentive to win. If Coventry win tonight, Norwich and WBA only need a point each and Cov and Hulls season will be over by the time we play them both. Surely that’s the situation we want.hallamblue wrote: ↑Wed Apr 24, 2024 8:35 pm

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Regardless of other results, what it comes down to is we need to win our remaining games. If we do that, we’ll achieve automatic promotion. If we don’t, we’ll be relying on other results.

Credit to both teams, as they are both going for a win.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
2-3 just as I was going to say if it stays a draw Norwich and WBA would only need one point from two games to finish top 6.

It seems no results are going for us this week! Lets hope saturday night bucks that trend...

In truth - even if it stays at 2-3 tonight and scum win on saturday afternoon, Hull will be out of it on goal difference.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
We just have to win our last three games, no matter what rivals do…. Do that, and we’re up.
Coventry looked pretty poor tbh.. Hull looked physically stronger.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
We should have beaten Watford and Middlesbrough! Too late now. A few games we should’ve won. I’m not sure our defence is up for it. I say now, it’s playoffs for us. No way in hell we’ll win our last three. Accept it and hope we win in the playoffs. The crystal ball is telling me another season in the Championship, which may not be a bad thing as long as KM remains as the manager.

Well I haven't come through 43 games to throw in the towel now! Of course we can win 3 games! We may not, but we certainly CAN and have done it before! Write us off at your peril Number 9...
