Yeah, but u cant still cant single him out, we played well as a team today, our defence played as a unit which was very good to see, the whole midfield was very good, and the strikers did really well, i thought Lee had a fantastic game, but his overall performance was no better than any1 elses, they were all man of the match, i gave it to wilnis cause he hates norwich lol

wilnis for me too. Whilst I think Currie had an alright game today I can't can't see why everyone raves about him.
I have just visited WOTB and they are full of praise for us concentrating on their Worthy Out cries. However interestingly they say that Currie's playmaking made the real differnce between the two teams

heart breaking to say it, BUT Currie was different class today, the scum had no answer to him
also special praise for haynes who really put himself about and really looked like he enjoyed himself
but for me, MOTM has to be Juan, its a local derby, real hustel and bustel and yet he still seemed to have all day on the ball
must admit ive had a great day, not sure my mrs isnt happy, with these 11-15 kick offs LOL hic!!

the thing I liked about today was the fact that the players actually seemed to give a shyte about ite result ..and really DID want to beat norwich. For too many seasons past players have not "wanted it " as much as the fans IMHO !1978greats wrote:hallamblue wrote:DARREN CURRIE ....he's probing passes all afternoon were brilliant...our only problem is we didnt often get on the end of them in the box.

This young team of ours is really begining to gel and become close again and they also appear to have a greater affinity with US, the fans ! ....cant wait for next season...we are gonna "do a Reading " IMO!

It was clear to see they cared today wasn't it....for those emotional creatures amungst us, we all had a lump in our throats, particualy when Fab kissed his shirt....but as you say hullam, they ALL cared today and the team is playing as a unit again and thats why we're gaining the just rewards.hallamblue wrote:the thing I liked about today was the fact that the players actually seemed to give a shyte about ite result ..and really DID want to beat norwich.
