Meant to post this ages ago but it escaped my mind
Anyway, Delia's pies are supposed to be very good, renowned throughtout the footballing world as very nice pies indeed...
Now, having sampled a "Breakfast" pie on Sunday, I can say it was pretty good, nice pastry and all, BUT... Both me and Zoe both commented that there was obviously FAR too much salt in them.
Now call me a conspiracy theorist if you like, but I was wondering if maybe the pie makers (based in Norwich or nearby I would guess) "accidentally" slipped and put a whole lot of salt in a batch of pies and "accidentally" labelled them as "for the away support" due to the local derby rivalry!
Thoughts?

the inbreds had sold out of both chicken and mushroom pies and hotdogs so I had to settle for a bag of crisps for breakfast.

have put in our pies.. You say they tasted Salty Tom.
