Which stand?

Post by Aza-itfc » Sun Feb 12, 2006 11:48 am

Just a quick question which i'm sure will cause a vast amount of discussion and argument, anyway, here goes...

Just wondering what you think the best stand would be to get a season ticket in, being an 18 year old by the time next season comes along. And as I am currently a fair distance away it difficult to get first hand experience.

Comments much appreciated

I am sure most will tell you to go North Stand Lower, if so then
I guess its down to the number of season ticket applications.

North upper! Get a bit of the north lower atmosphere. With the added incentive of ACTUALLY SEEING ALL OF THE PITCH!

North Lower, but you'll have to pay full adult price.

Definately North stand upper, I dont like the lower tiers because it is hard to see whats going on at the opposite end, Greene King makes no noise at all, in the Brittania stand you sometimes have a restricted view and there is no atmosphere and the cobbold is with the away supporters.

id go north upper, you lose a tiny bit of the atmosphere but sitting up there would save you something like £200 and the view is better

North Upper for me!

The atmosphere is unbeatable in the North Lower but I find the view isnt as good. The North Upper is a good compromise. We get the atmosphere and even start a few songs off ourself and we get a much better view than the Lower.

Plus dont get people smoking, that annoys me.

Also, my mum is small, so if we went in the lower and everyone stood, she wouldnt see much!

ive never been in the north lower lol

always got tickets for the upper, when u do a 600 mile round trip u wanna make sure u get to see the whole game (even if the alcohol makes u forget most of it)

the view from the upper is fantastic, although there are a few strange people up there from my past experiences, if we're losing they tend to start arguing with each other lol
if ur a millionaire, then get a seat near Bluebird, right above the directors box and the seats are padded!!!

and sheepy can hear u call him a useless **** :D

For an 18 year old lad, it has to be in the north lower, all the other area's are boring
