He had the best 45 mins that I'v ever seen him play.... his pace was awsome, he was tearing the (ok not very good ) Derby defence to bits... hope he can keep this sort of performance going into next season.clethbridge8 wrote:Was wondering for those of you who were at the game, how did he play? sounded like he had a good game?

With the ball he was very good, but when crossing he rarely found a town shirt. Apart from that he is a great prospect for next season.1978greats wrote:He had the best 45 mins that I'v ever seen him play.... his pace was awsome, he was tearing the (ok not very good ) Derby defence to bits... hope he can keep this sort of performance going into next season.clethbridge8 wrote:Was wondering for those of you who were at the game, how did he play? sounded like he had a good game?

I thought he was fantastic, I'm surprised he has only just made an appearance (after his earlier spell in the season).
I remember him being really good at QPR away, but then we hit a rough patch and he was dropped.
The funniest thing was his shirt at the players award night... was light brown and corduroy!!! Was so funny.

His shirt reminds me of the sort a western cowboy might wear ------YEEEEHAAAA !! RAWHIDE.... ROLLIN ROLLIN ...ROLLIN.... ROLLIN

I think he was bored. He was about the only player who didn't seem to join in with chatting to everyone. The others were all really talkative. Probably helped by the fact the Town won yesterday.
AND I have a piccy of Bluebird and Currie chatting. I will save that one till tomorrow.
