Cheltenham Today.

A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

Interesting one that, but would have had have been very obvious and certain for them to overturn a decision on such a big race.

The big race days they always favour the first over the line and probably rightly so if there's any shadow of doubt.

Ouch :? Might need to put a bit of money on some golf matches to get it back, or is that how Chopra started

You'll get it back next year  Bizarre few days, bit up and down over last 3 days, but Tuesday means I'm up a bit for the week at least.

all in all, win or lose racing doesn't get much better than the Cheltenham Festival, I'm putting my lucky pin away until next year. which is unusual because I normally tho it away cursing

Just added up all the plus's & minus's over the four days which add up to + £10 which could have been so much better had I been a tad more sensible today.

Not too bad overall and had a lot of fun watching some top quality racing, and today was just one of those days best forgotten.

Enjoyed the banter with you guys too, and well done Wolfy I think you must be the Tractor Boy Champ by a country mile.

if you can come out with a plus at Cheltenham is great,(more to luck than judgment on my side) I don't normally do any good there but just enjoy the racing. I wont bet again now until next year.

as you say "Enjoyed the banter" thank you.

Yeah great stuff guys, cheers for joining in, and great that we're all up for the week! Yeah really great week of racing, incredible to see some new stars and it'll be exciting to see how they can progress and step up for next year, Vautour and Faugheen in particular really shone for me. Interesting too to see if some of the upsets were flash in the pans or genuine undiscovered talents and looking forward to seeing horses that didn't make the week, the likes of Un De Sceaux being tested to see what they're made of, with Hurricane Fly struggling, he or Vautour may be a good ante post bets for the Champion Hurdle next year, Mullins really does have some cracking youngsters.

I'll probably pop and see a day of flat racing in the summer, though it's all about Cheltenham for me, nice to pop to a local track and have a few pints in the sun.

Until next year! :D
