ANOTHER sodding injury
https://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/rowe-blow- ... -1-6431499
Rowe has “had his knee flushed out and will be out for a few weeks “!
I’d say the stars are aligning for Ward to be offered another contract!
So Much for squad rotation system reducing injuries . It seems to make no difference does it .

Re: ANOTHER sodding injury
He’s hardly a vital first-team fixture - not that bothered.
Yep, I read Lambo’s comment about if there was no rotation it would be a lot worse. I think it would have been better if he’d said nothing - it’s just going to invite derision.
Injuries can occur at any time - even with rotated/rested players. Just get the best players on the pitch and win games.
I get the feeling we’ve assembled a massive squad full of injury-prone players.

Lambert must be aware of how McCarthy alienated the fans. Having a dig like this while results aren't going well is not his brightest moment.tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 6:45 pm

I've said before that I wonder if we do enough research and /or rigourous enough medicals begire signing players. We could just be unlucky but I suspect some are signings we might have avoided. The implication from Lambert is we have players who need to be protected. That's understandable for a couple of weeks after injury. But not the entire team that he seems to rotate.

Tbh I can’t see any difference in our injury rate , despite this rotation melarky. It really is s waste of time I fear.tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 6:45 pmHe’s hardly a vital first-team fixture - not that bothered.

Do we sign crocks, or do we create them through the training methods?

I can do nothing but highly rate every single post in this thread, you all have it bang on and Lambert needs to be careful deciding what direction he takes from this point on.
