I’ve no idea what the coaching structure is or will be Liz and I’m as confused as you as it appears we have two first team coaches, maybe one will be promoted to Assistant Manager. As for FJ he’s been coaching at Everton since 2014, more recently Managing the Everton U23 team.

I always thought of Jeffers as prolific but in 235 games he only scored 40 times, surprised me.

Everton are strange about their youngsters. They seem to give them 5 year contracts which takes them into their mid-twenties where they end up playing L1 football.
The last few years, we’ve had Callum Connolly, Mathew Pennington, Conor Grant and Luke Garbutt on loan from Everton. All now playing L1 football. Toto and Jon Nolan were in the Everton academy. I’m give them this... they can produce a lot of L1 players.
