Is Mick or Warnock heading back to East Anglia ?
Daniel Farke has been sacked as Norwich City head coach this evening.
He was told moments after victory over Brentford (and his media duties).
John, Riemer, Domogalla all gone too.
Remarkable timing. #NCFC
@TheAthleticUK
Chances of Mick and Clipboard are on their way to save them,
Also Warnock walks out on Boro, do you recon he got wind of this, or did he just have wind, well he is full of wind aye
or perhaps Brucie is coming home.

Lol
Tbh the way Bruce has been treated by Newcastle fans on social media ( yes there are worse fans than ours it seems), it’s left Bruce quite affected tbh , I doubt he’ll be doing another managers job any time soon . He said “ this will probably be my last managerial job” …. Going to scumville where they have the most fickle , belligerent group of fans I’ve ever seen , would not be good for his health .

Lampard the favourite.
Not sure he’s the firefighter type which I assume is what they want short-term. Woy Hodgson is also linked. Maybe that makes sense more for a short-team deal.
It would make sense if they kept Farke on a retainer if they get relegated. First class record in the Championship but obviously can’t buy a win in the PL - well until the day he gets fired.

How about Nuno Espirito Santo? Just been sacked at Spurs, but did a great Job at Wolves!

You'd better be quick tho, can see the Vile stiffing around for a new manager.,
Nuno had a dream, it could continue at the Town, just don't think about nicking our players OK
Easy to change the lyrics

They were mad sacking him, absolutely crazy.
I would say the scum should maybe go for both Mick & Warnock, but you don't anything for a pair, not in this game.

Dean Smith now been sacked by Villa.
With All these PL vacancies getting a bit worried Cookie will be targeted. Maybe it’s best we only drew with Oldham.

Why on earth did Nuno leave Wolves, anyway??? As Wolfie says, Nuno was building something great at Wolves. I can't remember, was he sacked??Bluemike wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 12:39 pmNow he I definitely would like here.AzzurroMark wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 11:55 amHow about Nuno Espirito Santo? With a high proportion of these sacked managers being ex scum players the chances of them employing one of them must increase surely ?tangfastic wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:22 pmDean Smith now been sacked by Villa.

Apparently he was sacked, these foreign investors only see results, Nuno won the championship, got us in a FA Cup Semi, Europa cup quarter finals, 7th 2 seasons on the trot, number 9 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:51 pmWhy on earth did Nuno leave Wolves, anyway??? then with Covid, the squad down to 15 due to long term injuries, transfer restrictions, he still got us to 13th place, was gutted when they got rid of him, its all taking the edge of my support these days, COYB

and we have all forgot, the UK's expert on German football, the one and only, irrepressible, Mr Paul Lamberk, hallamblue wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 4:45 pmWith a high proportion of these sacked managers being ex scum players the chances of them employing one of them must increase surely ?tangfastic wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 3:22 pmDean Smith now been sacked by Villa.

Re: Is Mick or Warnock heading back to East Anglia ?
I’ve never understood the eagerness of employing former players as managers. Usually doesn’t work and it’s heart over-ruling head and trying to re-enact better times. Bruce wouldn’t be the worst shout for Norwich, but he has far more experience as player and manager outside Norwich. How much still is the connection. I think Norwich fans won’t be too excited about him.
From our perspective, get Lampard in who will demand big transfer fees in the January window and when it goes tits up they’ll be back in the Championship trying to offload highly paid players and undoing all their yo-yo work of maintaining the finances.

Marko will wake up in a cold sweat if he hears that name! A little to close to one of his former favourite Town defenders!hallamblue wrote: ↑Mon Nov 08, 2021 1:27 pmNarwich possible next manager?

Re: Is Mick or Warnock heading back to East Anglia ?
That’s one hell of a leap from the Norwegian league to the PL.
He’s going to have to take over someone else’s players and turn it around. Tough task. Would have thought a firefighter type is best to shore things up and grind out wins in a short term deal.
And even if this Norwegian dude is still there if they get relegated - welcome to the Championship. That’s also one very tough league. Hopefully, their Paul Hurst.
